Food Stamps

Food Stamps is a program that issues monthly benefits that can be used to buy food at authorized stores. It is easier than ever to apply for food stamps. You can apply for food stamps on line and the worker will then contact you by phone.

You can also download and fill out the application below to bring to our office. Call the office to set up an appointment. You can make an appointment to be seen in either Indian Lake or Lake PLeasant.

Assistance Application - you can use this application to apply for:

  • Food Stamps
  • Medical Assistance
  • Temporary Assistance
  • Medicare Savings Program
  • Child Care Assistance

Even if you are working, you may be eligible for food stamps. Your benefits will be put on an electronic benefit card that looks like a debit card. You can swipe that card at the store to purchase your food. There are many stores where you can use your card.
